Terms of Purchase
By ordering online and receiving an invoice from us, means that you are signing the responsibility of paying for the ordered goods and being the one to receive your package.
The process entails that once the online payment is successful and proof of payment has been received, we will send you the tracking number for your package that will be delivered to the address provided by you (customer).
We outsource our courier services as an added service, which is designed to deliver to your door safely and in a professional manner. We use credible companies which we have been outsourcing with since we started the company. Note that we will not be liable for the third-party persons who signs for your package, unless otherwise indicated by you to us prior to the delivery date that you will appoint a third party to receive your package.
If either of Us (Laforza collections) or the courier company cannot reach you, the courier company will return the parcel to us, and you will have to incur the cost of re-posting the parcel.
Refunds
- You have 7 days after receiving your parcel to return them for exchange
- We do not do Cash Refund but offer voucher to the value of your return
- All items need to be returned in a Good Resalable Condition and in the original package
- We do not exchange swimwear
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, items that are on Sale CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.
